Yes! We offer live virtual classes for some of our in-studio offerings so you can stay consistent from home. You'll create a profile to manage bookings and waivers. Once booked, you'll receive a Microsoft Teams link prior to class (download required).

For best results, we recommend 3-5 sessions per week, depending on your goals. Sessions are booked in advance to ensure privacy and availability.

Yes! We celebrate your progress with milestone rewards, shoutouts, and perks as you hit class goals.

We've designed Eleve as a boutique reset space - perfect for before, between and after your day, so we do not offer a full bathroom with a shower at this time. 

A curated space to reset and recharge, featuring hydration, lounge seating, and private Radiance Rooms with red light therapy.
